J&R is one of the best shops I’ve ever brought my vehicle to. John was very thorough with his diagnosis and very reasonable in regards to pricing. Even though I’ve moved away from the Lowell area, I will continue bringing my vehicle to him due to his friendly service and inquisitive persona.
